Production process
Each Naru lounge chair is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans, blending precision engineering with traditional woodworking techniques. The frame is constructed from high-quality, sustainably sourced hardwoods, chosen for their strength and natural beauty. The wooden elements are cut and shaped using latest technology to ensure clean, precise connections. Metal reinforcements are discreetly added at key armrest joints to enhance stability and durability without compromising the design’s elegance. For added comfort, the seat and backrest are upholstered with high-resilience foam and covered in premium fabric or leather. Once assembled, the chair undergoes manual sanding with fine-grained sandpaper to achieve a flawless finish. A final protective coating is applied, available in various finishes to highlight the wood’s natural grain and ensure long-lasting durability.
